As a service provider, our goals are two-fold. Not only do we perform to the highest standard of our client's satisfaction, but as important, we are aware of the need to perform to the ultimate satisfaction of the family and loved ones of our clients. In essence, the family also becomes our client. To this end, Caring Angels has developed a service delivery system that includes all individuals who wish to become a part of our involvement.

We begin by meeting with involved family members and discussing with them the individualized service program, designed to meet the needs of the client and family. We pride ourselves in being good listeners. We also coordinate and work with other individuals from whom our client is receiving care services. These other individuals may include doctors, therapists, visiting nurses and social workers.

In addition, Caring Angels assigns a senior management staff person, who will become your primary liaison and contact. This individual monitors all aspects of our service relationship. You will NOT get "lost" in the process. We simply do not allow this to happen. Your involvement or that of loved ones will be as minimal or as extensive as desired.

Caring Angels offer a variety of client oriented service options. Because we are not a franchise or under the ownership of a large corporate entity, Caring Angels delivers extraordinary client service in a flexible and affordable manner using all English speaking caregivers. We provide hourly care or live-in services for as long as the client and family deem necessary. Caring Angels is here to help. Our mission is to meet your needs and desires by offering total flexibility in how you choose to use our services.

Caregivers

Caring Angels realize that it can be a difficult decision to invite a stranger into your home and for that reason we have painstakingly screened our caregivers to ensure your peace of mind. In addition, we allow our clients the opportunity to interview any caregiver that is referred to you in an effort to attain an acceptable comfort level with you and your family.

A common characteristic of all Caring Angels caregivers is the genuine desire to help others. Our quality service is a reflection of our caregivers and the forty years of combined care giving experience of our founders. At Caring Angels we both respect and understand the client-caregiver relationship. We are here to serve and fulfill your needs not dictate or demand. The service model we live by is very simple: It is the client who controls the relationship, not Caring Angels.
